I am anew customer." to fill in the form as it indicates. Note: Before you register, please read carefully about

FAQWhat can I do if I forget my password or if I want to change it?
 

A: Please retrieve your password on the following website : http://www.kookua.com/Login.aspx.
Enter your registered email address or member ID,
and then we will send an e-mail to you with your new password.
Change the password:
Sign in with your current password; Click "Change Password" in "My Account" page.
Enter your current password in "Old Password" and then input and confirm your new password.


FAQHow can I modify my registered information?
 

A: Click “Information” after signing in at "My Account". Click “Company Information” or “Contact Information” to
modify your registered information.


FAQHow do I find my product?
 

A:There are two ways for you to find what you want. The easiest and fastest way is to use the "Search" located at the
topside of each page. You can search the name of the product throughout the entire kookua.com site, or use the
pull-down list to limit your search to a particular department.
You can also search your products in the three different zones
Wholesale, Free Shipping and Clearance zone.
Browsing is a good way if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, or if you just want to window-shop. When you
browseon kookua.com, you click through categories and lists of items until you find something you're interested in.


FAQ How can I place an order and how to track my purchase?
 

A: Please click “Add to Cart” after you find the satisfied products, and input the quantity, make sure you have clicked the
“Refresh” before you go to the next step. Click the “Proceed to checkout” to fill in your address. If you want to buy
some other things, you can click “Continue Shopping”.

If you have finished your shopping, you can click “Proceed to
Checkout” to select a shipping method.Then it’s the last step to pay for your product.
We will send you an e-mail with the tracking information after the package is shipped.
The following five international shipping methods are all available at kookua.com: UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT and FEDEX.


FAQHow do I know kookua.com has received and approved my payment?
 

A: We will send you an email if your payment is verified. If your see the sentence"Pending payment verification", it
means that we have received your payment, but it hasn't verified it yet.
It will take about 1 or 2 business days to verify your payment.
